Raphael is one spunky dude who will always make you laugh with his tomfoolery. He can be a rowdy guy so he loves to wrestle and play chase with his foster siblings so he would do best in a home with other cats that can keep up with him. When he finally gets tired his sweet side comes out and he loves to snuggle up with his foster dad.
