Palmer ended up at a local shelter after an AEP Employee found him running on a freeway and got him into her car. The employee took him to work where they called the shelter so he could be reunited with his family. Well, his family must have dumped him, so here he is at The Animal Haven. Palmer likes other dogs, kids and adults. He does not need to be crated. He is untested with cats, but ignored the cats at our weekly adoptions. Palmer would make a great playmate for another dog.
