Joanne is a partially feral stray who was rescued in the Lithopolis area shortly before she gave birth to 4 kittens. Our volunteer put some food in the back of a pet carrier, and a tired and hungry Joanna walked right into the carrier! Friends for Life gave her the name Joanna after the kind person named Joanne who notified us about this cat in need. Joanne doesn't mind some attention. Qualifies for our Forever Foster Program--animals in this program are provided free of charge and The Haven covers all of their vet expenses.
